About the Sessions
(for pet portraits, with or without their people)
It's easier than you think to get a pet portrait done!
Many people don't get portraits made of their pets because, frankly, many don't think about it, they are unsure how to go about it, or they wait until too late.
I believe you deserve beautiful portraits of your fur family, which is why I want to guide you through the steps to make that happen. We have a consultation before the actual session to help your pet become familiar with the studio environment.
I want you not only to enjoy the process but to have portraits you are proud to share in an album or hang on your wall. I photograph my dogs each year on their birthday and other special occasions, and I want you to have the same experience of memories in print.
Sessions vary in length but usually are between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on the needs of the pet, who else might be photographed, and products chosen.
The Process:
CONSULTATION
We start with a quick call so I can tell you a little about the process. Then we'll schedule a studio consultation for you and your fur babies to get to know me and become familiar the studio, and for you to ask any questions.
YOUR SESSION
The planning pays off. The day of the session, I guide you, so you’ll leave the session looking and feeling your best selves.
THE REVEAL & ORDERING APPOINTMENT
The fun part! I share your images with you at my studio. Together we select the images and products that suit your needs and your budget.
Pricing as of July 16, 2024
Studio Session Fee: 599*
Location Session: add 50* (Sessions beyond 20 miles from the studio are charge the current standard federal mileage rate)
*6% KY sales tax is added to all fees
Includes:
Photographer time spent in pre-session consultation, photography session, reveal/ordering appointments, and any additional communication.
- Product credit of 499
- For location sessions, the additional fee covers travel and transportation of needed equipment to venue within 20 miles of the CSP studio in Bellevue, KY.
- Signature social media file (with studio logo) for any print product purchased or included as part of a fee.
- Wall art starts at 649*
- Albums start at 719*
- Gift prints start at 119*
*6% KY sales tax is added to all products
Does not include:
- Cost of additional products or expenses not included in the session fee
- Location Session expenses (extra entrance or permit fees for certain locations; standard federal mileage fee for distances beyond 20 miles from the studio)
I offer archival, legacy wall art, albums, and specialty tabletop display products. These are available for viewing HERE. Your total investment depends on how many images you love and how you wish to enjoy them; however, what you choose to order is completely up to you, because you're purchasing only what you absolutely love during your viewing and ordering appointment.
Booking Retainer/Cancellation Fees and Sales Tax Information
Session fee may be charged up front as a retainer to hold the session date & time, $50 of which is non-refundable. The balance of the session fee is due at the session. Kentucky sales tax of 6% is added to all products and services.
