Headshot Session Pricing
Studio Individual Headshot Sessions
Fees below include session time and high-resolution digital files. Files are fully-retouched, sized, and cropped to your specifications, with your choice of backdrops. You have an opportunity to see and approve or suggest changes prior to receiving the finished product. A signature social media file of each image ordered is included. For multiple headshot sessions, choose any combination of standard, 3/4 length, posing table, etc.
Fees are based on one person per image. For images with multiple subjects, add $25 per person.
- Session and file with one pose - 200
- Additional poses - 100 each
- Location session - add 50

Multiple Corporate Headshots on Location:
- One person per image.
- Minimum of two hours (best for groups up to 32):
- Location fee - 200, plus
- Each image file - 50
- Includes basic editing (exposure adjustment, color correction, & cropping)
- Additional fee per file for advanced retouching (skin softening, stray hair removal, teeth whitening, removing lint from clothing, body enhancements, etc.) - 25
- Half day rate (4 hours, including 1 or 2 short breaks): 1800
- Full day rate (8 hours, including 2-3 short breaks plus meal time): 2600
- Standard mileage rates may apply beyond 20 miles one way.

Normally about 12-15 persons can be accommodated per hour (one every 4-5 minutes). A company representative should be on hand to help with paperwork and have people in queue.
Group photos or photos of the business environment are extra and should be requested at the time of booking.
Normal turnaround time:
- Individuals -1-3 days, depending on the number of poses
- Groups - about a week to 10 days
Booking/Cancellation Fees and Sales Tax Information
All initial session fees for head shots are as stated above. Booking portion of the session fee (50 + tax) is charged up front as a non-refundable retainer to hold the session date & time.
For individual sessions, balance will be charged the day of the session. Terms will be worked out for large groups on location.
