Fees for Individual Studio Headshot Sessions

Fees below include session time and high-resolution digital files.  Portraits are fully-retouched, sized, and cropped to your specifications, with your choice of backdrops.  You have an opportunity to see and approve or suggest changes prior to receiving the finished product.  A signature social media file of each image ordered is included.  For sessions with multiple poses, choose any combination of standard, 3/4 length, posing table, etc.  

Fees are based on one person per image. For images with multiple subjects, add $25 per person per image. 

• Session and file with one pose - 219 
• Additional poses - 100 each
• Location session - add 50

(NOTE: Above fees will have 6% Kentucky sales tax added.)

Fees for Corporate Sessions on Location

• One person per image.  Includes basic editing (exposure adjustment, color correction, & cropping, removal of minor blemishes, if needed).
• Fees:
  • Base fee for up to 2 hours - 250.  Includes setting up and taking down equipment (lighting, backdrop) plus round trip mileage within 20 miles of the CSP studio in Bellevue, KY.  Standard mileage rates may apply beyond 20 miles one way. 
  • Image files: 
    • Per file with basic editing - 40 
    • Per file advanced artwork add-on (skin softening, stray hair removal, teeth whitening, removing lint from clothing, body enhancements, etc.) - 15 
  • Half day rate* (4 hours, including 1 or 2 short breaks): 1600
  • Full day rate* (8 hours, including 2-3 short breaks plus meal time): 2600

*Normally about 12-15 persons can be accommodated per hour (one every 4-5 minutes).  A company representative should be on hand to help with paperwork and have people in queue.

Group photos or photos of the business environment are extra and should be requested at the time of booking.

Normal turnaround time:

• Individuals:1-3 days
• Groups: 7-10 days

Group members are asked to choose their desired images within a week, after which the photographer will select the images to edit.

Booking/Cancellation Fees and Sales Tax Information

All initial session fees for head shots are as stated above.  A portion of the session fee serves as a non-refundable retainer to hold the session date & time (50 + tax for individuals, 250+ tax for groups on location).  Individuals are asked to pay the full amount up front.

For individual sessions, any additional products beyond the session fee will be charged the day of the session.  Terms will be worked out for large groups on location.
