Real Estate Photography Pricing
I offer high-resolution, fully-edited, still photographs that you may download from a private gallery on this web site for your use on MLS or elsewhere. You have unrestricted use, but I retain the copyright in order to use the images to promote my work.
Rates vary by the size and type of property and number of images needed. Minimum order is $115 for up to 25 images and $5 per image thereafter. Sky replacements are an additional $5 per image and Zillow videos are $25. Mileage beyond 20 miles from my studio location is charged at the current federal standard rate.
Cancellations are allowed up until the day before the property is photographed; fee for a later cancellation of $25-$50 may be applied, depending upon how much work already has been done for that job.
